Have you ever wanted to tell a story with no words?  I adore writing and firmly believe that there is something powerful about words on a page.  Letters come together as words that therefore form thoughts, ideas, situations and circumstances.

But, sometimes, words aren’t enough….

The more times I photograph, the more I realize that every image whispers a thousand different things.  There is a story hidden underneath the details.  The stories long to be felt, they long to be experienced.  It amazes me at how much imagery makes us feel certain things.  Photographs pull us in, and invite us to discover them.  Like magic, we get transported from our world into the world of “what if” and “how lovely”.  Our imaginations are given a chance to run wild, and for a moment – if only a moment– we find hope in the exploration of what we do not know.

So today, as you explore these french inspired images,  let yourself feel them.  Slow down for a moment and place yourself within them.  What stories do they whisper to you?  How do they make you feel?  What secrets do they tell?
